Description of Viševnik hiking tour

If you’ve always wanted to climb an impressively high mountain, but couldn’t due to difficulty, this one’s for you.

Viševnik is a mountain that is both over 2000 meters (6500 feet) high and easily accessible with regular hiking gear. But that doesn’t mean that the views aren’t up to par: the panorama is one of the best around, as you get to see other, higher mountains from a prime perspective. Triglav (literally meaning three-headed), Slovenia’s highest mountain, can easily be seen from the top, as can other proud peaks of the Julian Alps.

Due to the easy incline of its south side, this hike is the quickest and easiest way to get to the spectacular views Slovenian Alpine world has to offer.

The tour is easy and suitable for beginners, families, and children.

Great experience. I didn't wanna bother with anything to go hiking in Slovenia and this was superb. Besides, you really get a whole lot more from a local guide. And meet cool hikers.
